Position Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence across various platforms. This role requires a crypto-native professional who understands the unique dynamics of the crypto space and can creatively engage our community while aligning with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts (Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) in alignment with the Chorus One brand.

  • Brand Voice Development: Craft tone of voices optimized for each social media platform.

  • Content Strategy: Develop and maintain an engaging social content calendar, aligned with product rollouts, network launches, and key campaigns.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and implement strategies for growth.

  • Crypto Community Engagement: Stay deeply connected with the crypto community to proactively suggest and execute innovative ideas.

  • Trend Adaptation: Experiment with new organic and viral content formats to stay ahead of fast-moving crypto trends.

  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish content tailored for social media audiences.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Chorus One spokespeople and design teams to maximize brand impact and produce required assets. Additionally, partner closely with the design teams to produce any necessary assets. 

  • Innovation: Continuously offer fresh ideas and strategies to elevate our social media presence.

  • Team Enablement: Share social media best practices, tips, and actionable advice with the team.

Job requirements

  • Crypto Native: 3+ years of experience in the crypto space with a deep understanding of its culture, trends, and audience behavior.

  • Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow social accounts with a creative, data-driven approach.

  • Content Creation: Strong writing skills and a knack for creating engaging, on-brand content.

  • Analytics Proficiency: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and pivot strategies effectively.

  • Community-Centric: Passionate about connecting with crypto communities and contributing to conversations in a meaningful way.

  • Design Collaboration: Experience working with design teams to produce assets that resonate with audiences.

  • Adaptability: Agile mindset to keep up with rapidly changing trends and challenges in the crypto space.

  • Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
