Chorus One is the largest cryptocurrency staking provider in Europe securing billions in assets and operating nodes on more than 25 Proof of Stake networks such as Solana, Ethereum, Cosmos, and others. We also research, design, and build liquid staking and interoperability solutions to enable a richer inter-blockchain ecosystem.

To help us in our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Recruiting Manager to join our distributed team of over 20 people.

Your responsibilities :

  • Design and implementation of recruitment strategy;

  • Developing sourcing strategies and candidate engagement to build talent pools

  • Be the primary point of contact of external recruiters and job boards;

  • Orchestrating the entire interview process and making sure it’s a smooth experience for everyone involved, from candidates to interviewers and recruiters;

  • Coordinating internal Recruitment and HR meetings, owning the agenda and minutes, and steering the execution of open action items;

  • Facilitating the closing and onboarding of candidates in a full remote setting (EoR, Visas, etc.);

  • Providing clerical and administrative support (contract management, compiling and updating of employee records, HR documentation, etc.);

  • Improving the company’s assessment and evaluation strategies;

  • Building Chorus One’s employer branding;

  • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure Chorus One is a diverse and inclusive workplace
