We are looking for a highly motivated People Operation Generalist to support our Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle and HR processes with amazing employee experience at heart.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. You will spend around 40% of your time on recruitment and sourcing related activities
Besides supporting end-to-end recruitment with amazing organizational skills:
Diverse candidate sourcing to enable Chorus One’s growth
Continuously track and identify diverse recruitment channels so we can attract talented candidates.
Post open positions in selected recruitment channels
Pre-screen candidates based on selection criteria
Drive Employer Branding activities to voice our employer value proposition
Identify events where we can actively participate as Chorus One to grow our presence on the market
Continuous development in our recruitment practices to provide excellent candidate experience
Support hiring managers with up-to-date best practices for interviewing candidates
Work on streamlining best ROI solutions in recruitment
2. You will spend around 30% of your time on employee lifecycle related activities
Manage all employee lifecycle related contractual changes with team members
Handle all administrative and organizational tasks related to onboarding and offboarding (account setups, contracts, scheduling etc.)
Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated in all systems.
3. You will spend around 30% of your time on people operations projects
We are building out our internal end-to-end HR offerings which will drive several exciting projects
Work closely within and outside of People organization to create a great employee experience
Precise, self-driven and organized person with good analytical skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze and present information
Proactive in following-up and completing tasks.
Interest in the blockchain industry
University degree in Human Resources or related field
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Min. 1 year experience in 100% remote team’s support
Min. 5 years experience in recruitment and people operations in high-growth tech or blockchain companies
