Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated DeFi Strategist to join our team. This role will focus on leveraging decentralized finance (DeFi) expertise to optimize yield opportunities within our portfolio and deliver innovative solutions to enhance client returns. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of DeFi protocols, yield optimization strategies, and staking mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Yield Optimization:

   • Analyze and implement strategies to maximize returns from existing and new portfolio assets, including stablecoins and staking opportunities.

   • Identify and leverage emerging DeFi trends, such as leveraged staking and structured yield products.

2. Research and Development:

   • Conduct thorough research on DeFi protocols and yield opportunities.

   • Build systems to systematically evaluate and deploy funds into high-yield opportunities while managing associated risks.

3. Client-Focused Solutions:

   • Collaborate with Business Development, Ventures and Product Development teams to design innovative products that attract and retain clients seeking superior yields.

   • Develop strategies to communicate DeFi opportunities effectively to clients, enhancing their investment outcomes.

4. Collaboration and Growth:

   • Work closely with internal teams to align DeFi initiatives with business goals.

   • Lay the foundation for building a specialized DeFi team to support and scale initiatives over time.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in DeFi, including yield farming, liquidity provision, and staking mechanisms.

• Strong understanding of financial products, particularly in blockchain and decentralized finance.

• Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategies to capture value in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with structured financial products and tools like leveraged staking.

• Track record of driving successful yield optimization strategies in DeFi.
